My name is Sherri Woodman.  I have had a passion for food since early childhood.  I often tell people that cooking is my yoga.  Since my son was born, I decided to eat a healthier way not just to benefit him but myself.  

I want to make my healthier versions of food available to everyone, so I decided to start my own business.  It is so hard to eat healthy these days with every family or single household being so busy. 

All of my food is cooked in coconut oil or ghee.  I buy the freshest ingredient's that are available and really try to go organic.  I use grey sea salt, and health promoting spices.  Everything I cook, except The Perogie Bar  is gluten free. Everything else is gluten free as well as dairy free.  I for most part follow the Paleo Diet.  What is the Paleo Diet you ask?

The Paleo diet is based upon the idea of eating the foods our bodies were designed for through thousands of years of evolution.  These foods were available to early people through hunting and gathering [meat and fish, nuts and seeds, fruits and vegetables].  During modern times, advances in technology have made other forms of food available for consumption [grains, dairy, and processed foods], which are not as easy for our bodies to digest. The foods recommended in the Paleo/Whole 30 diet generally provide our bodies with more efficient, long-lasting energy that also aid in burning fat. The Paleo Diet is considered to be optimal for digestion, blood sugar regulation, metabolism, and sleep.

SOON TO COME: 3 meal's a day for $30.00 This is a Paleo Diet and the Whole30 sort of speak.
As well as a monthly meal plan for $300 plus cost of food. This is 5 days worth of meals for 4 weeks. I can work with any diet!!!

I have my 2016 Food Handling Permit from Alberta Health Services. My 2016 Business License, and my Food Handling Safety Course and all my meals are cooked in a commercial kitchen.
